Here's what we'll check
Before you add your pages
- Read by AI, then thrown away. Claude, an AI made by Anthropic, reads your pages so your review takes seconds instead of days. We don't keep copies, and Anthropic doesn't train its AI on them.
- Cover what we don't need. On the next screen you can black out your name, member ID and anything else private before your pages leave your phone.
- Never sold. Your information isn't sold or shared for advertising.
- Location removed. Phone photos can carry where they were taken. We strip that out.
- Plain English, not advice. We explain what your papers say and point out questions to ask. We're not lawyers or your insurer.
Add your pages
Add every page, front and back. You can mix photos, PDFs and screenshots.
Tips for a clear photo
- Lay the page flat on a dark table.
- Get all four corners in the picture.
- Avoid glare: turn off the flash and tilt away from lights.
- Emailed EOB? The email usually links to your insurer's site. Download the PDF there, or screenshot it.
Protect your privacy: after you add a page, tap Cover private info and drag over your name, address, member ID and claim number. We only need the dates, services and amounts.
Reading your pages…
This usually takes 30 to 60 seconds. Keep this screen open.
